Four members of the Rotaract UN Club participated in the 5K Runway Run at the JFK airport, sponsored by the JFK Rotary Club. Michelle Kinzie, Ahmed Otokiti and James Lee registered to run, while Rita Shulgina volunteered at the race alongside the JFK Rotary Club. Rotaractors also had a chance to network with the 18 members of the NY Metro Rotary Club who ran the race, with 4 of them medaling! The event was a great success, where Rotaractors got to bond with one another and network with fellow Rotarians. Let’s hope that even more of us participate in next year’s run and get on that medal podium!
